试图失去脂肪但一直饿了?

几年前,我使用较小的尺寸,力量训练和有氧运动减掉了50磅。主要是健身锻炼。

我现在已经有了孩子了,准备再次真正保持健康。我一直在切割份量,试图吃均衡的饮食。我一直在进行FB冒险计划,我喜欢它。

问题是……我一直都在饿!我真的很努力地保持合理的次数 /多久和饮食,但我只是饿了。I’m also not really seeing results (only been at it consistently for about a month - so I know that’s probably why - but I do remember last time results were happening much more quickly, BUT I was much younger then and had never had kids)

我该如何解决这种持续的饥饿问题?哈哈。我尝试在食用食物之前总是喝水,看看是否有帮助。
